Caitlin C. came in as a fresh graduate from Esthetician School in 2021. With guidance on marketing, client retention, and business strategies, she built a strong clientele and gained the confidence to launch her own business!

I believe in building a strong, supportive team, but more than anything, I believe in growth. As much as I would love to keep a solid team forever, I never want to hold someone back from chasing bigger dreams or stepping into their full potential.
